Las Chicas & Co is a women’s social community based in Marbella. We host events, share inspiration, and connect women from around the world.

2. What These Terms Cover

These terms apply when you:

• RSVP or register for one of our events

• Follow us on social media

• Interact with us via email or messaging apps

By doing any of the above, you’re agreeing to play by our rules.

3. Event Attendance

We want every Las Chicas & Co event to be fun, welcoming, and safe. By signing up for an event, you agree to:

• Respect others and behave kindly

• Arrive on time and follow the event guidelines

• Understand that RSVPs are usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions ahead of time

• Be okay with occasional photos/videos being taken for our content

If you’re not able to make it after you’ve RSVP’d, please let us know ASAP.

4. Payments & Refunds

For paid events:

• Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received

• All payments are final unless the event is cancelled by us

• If you cannot attend, your payment is not transferable to a future event unless we state otherwise

• Prices are listed in euros and may be subject to third-party platform fees.

5. Our Content & Copyright

We work hard to create inspiring content. That means:

• All website content, photos, graphics, and branding belong to Las Chicas & Co

• You’re welcome to share our content (with credit!) but please don’t copy or reproduce anything without permission

• We respect artists, photographers, and creators, so if you think we’ve missed a credit, let us know and we’ll fix it

6. Community Conduct

This is a women’s-only space. We do not tolerate:

• Disrespectful or harmful behaviour

• Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech

• Spam or unsolicited business promotions

We reserve the right to remove any member from our events, WhatsApp group, or mailing list if these guidelines are violated.

7. Website Use

You may use our website to:

• Browse upcoming and past events

• Read our blog

• Contact us for collaborations or questions

You may not:

• Try to hack, damage, or misuse the site

• Upload harmful content or links

• Pretend to be someone you’re not
