At Las Chicas & Co, we believe in the magic of women coming together. Whether it’s your first event or you’ve been with us from the beginning, these guidelines are here to make sure our spaces stay kind, inclusive, and welcoming to all.

By joining our events, WhatsApp groups, or engaging online, you agree to follow these values.

1. Be Kind, Always

This is a no-judgement, supportive space. Speak with kindness, listen with empathy, and treat everyone with respect.

We don’t tolerate hate speech, gossip, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.

2. Respect Boundaries

Not everyone is comfortable sharing personal details or social media handles right away, and that’s okay. Respect each other’s space and pace when it comes to connecting.

3. No Promotions or Sales

This is not a space for promoting businesses, selling services, or advertising unless we’ve explicitly approved it (such as collaborations or event sponsorships).

Event invites are welcome, but business promotions are not.

4. Show Up Fully (or Let Us Know If You Can’t)

We put a lot of love into planning our events! If you RSVP and can’t make it, just give us a heads-up. We totally understand life happens, but it helps us plan better.

5. Celebrate Each Other

Las Chicas & Co is about lifting each other up. Cheer each other on, compliment freely, and be the kind of friend you’d love to meet.

6. Keep It Inclusive

We welcome women from all walks of life - every culture, background, and belief system. Our events and group chats are safe spaces where everyone belongs.

7. Consent Matters

Photos and videos may be taken at our events to share the magic, but please let us know if you prefer not to be in them. We’ll always respect your wishes.

8. We’re Open to Feedback

This community is always growing and evolving. If you have an idea, concern, or suggestion, talk to us! We’re all ears.
